Working with me will be a co-creative process. Together, we will find tools that help you the best.

The 1-1 sessions are a space to work through themes that have come up in between sessions in the form of guided trauma-informed deep processing.

Even though the program is personalized and created in collaboration, there is one thing you can expect. There will be a lot of practices you can do outside of the 1-1 sessions. Healing takes place when you start relating to your everyday life in new ways, and that takes some practice.

This program works with underlying themes of emotional eating. There will be a minimal amount of information about nutrition and exercise.
