The Beyond Weight Loss program isn't about weight loss, and at the same time, it is. What do I mean by that? Excess weight is just a symptom, not a problem that needs fixing.

Our appetite is a powerful force that can override our conscious control. This can happen for many reasons - dietary restriction, emotional needs, beliefs, and habits, as well as trauma and other more complex triggers.

This program looks at emotional eating in a larger context. Together, we explore underlying themes and patterns that drive your eating habits.

You will gain an understanding of the emotional needs that drive your eating habits. Then, you can find new ways to fulfill these needs, build resilience, and remove food as a coping mechanism.
