About the 1-1 sessions

The sessions are 75 min long. We start the call with the check-in to give space to any challenging situations you have faced between calls.

The session is a space to work through what has come up for you. We do it in the form of guided trauma-informed deep processing.

Also, depending on where you are in the process, I might introduce a theme to explore together.

At the end of the session, I assign you a homework.
PS! You can expect a lot of homework when working with me.
